Title

Photo1.jpegAD_Aug2016_Preso_Photo2.jpeg

Abstract

Scrum trainer and coach Charles Bradley was the first person in the world to be certified in the 3 main Agile Scaling approaches (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus). Recently, Charles presented on the 10 major similarities and 13 major differences of each approach. Charles wants to bring that knowledge to Agile Denver, and share what he thinks are the strong points and weak points of each approach, from an Agile and adoption perspective. This is not a check list. This is not a religious discussion. This is an Agile Principles and Practices discussion talking about the major systemic differences between the approaches. This is a talk on the fundamental concepts that are both shared and not shared between the 3 approaches. Agile Denver will be the first public venue that this information has been presented live!
